Is it just me, or does the Riotous Remedy skill kind of suck?
I find it doesn't regen enough HP most of the time (sometimes as low as half as what as advertised) and it takes too long. Proposed Changes: Level 1: 2% HP Restored per Kill over 3 Seconds Level 2: 4% HP Restored per Kill over 3 Seconds Level 3: 6% HP Restored per Kill over 3 Seconds Level 4: 8% HP Restored per Kill over 3 Seconds Level 5: 10% HP Restored per Kill over 3 Seconds Now, Out For Blood, straight up owns if you are using a Bloodwing-based build at all. IMO Should be tweaked down. Level 1: 50 HP Restored per hit Level 2: 75 HP Restored per hit Level 3: 100 HP Restored per hit Level 4: 125 HP Restored per hit Level 5: 150 HP Restored per hit This way, it still gets bonuses, and should still heal quite a bit with multiple targets for your Bloodwing to attack. Besides, 7% of 1000 DMG (Which is easily attainable) is still 70HP. This just brings the skill down to earth, since Bloodwing damage can easily get out of hand and make Out For Blood essentially godmode.

%% are easy to scale up as toon levels, solid numbers don't. And this is likely to be locked and told to be put in suggestions thread...

Not to mention, if you have to take either, you're doing something wrong.
If you aren't always mobile with a ton of dazed enemies in front of you who cant shoot you for **** then you're playing a build with either of those skills wrong. |

Rhon, I agree with you. They need rebalanced.
Felx, dont say "toon" unless your talking about ToonTown. These are big kid games. Zulu, Your elitist comment isnt fooling any one. We all know you get pwned just like every one else. There we go, 1 friend and 2 enemys. |

Thanks Xelnigma.
Felix: Thank you, I didn't know there was a suggestion thread, I will proceed to cross-post it there. Zulu: I was unaware that by taking damage I was playing the game incorrectly, excuse me while I go hang my head in shame. On a more serious note, Repeater pistols dont stun anything except the ants. Maybe you ought to try something other than the amazing Bloodwing. XelNigma: Toon is fine imo

i haven't tried the skill quite yet, but what else is there? my build basically allows me 5 extra points where i can put it into lethal strike, riotous remedy, smirk, or loaded. for me the only one that really benefits, regardless of how little, is riotous remedy.

I'm in the same boat. My Mordecai uses automatics (SMGs and MGs) and Bloodwing. I've got 5 points in Remedy because... well, what else am I going to spend them on? With that said, it really is incredibly weak/disappointing.

I'm pretty certain that if you're having trouble with the skill then it's your own fault and not actually the skill. You know, given the fact that it relies on you actually killing.
I.E. Kill more and be good at video games.

The Master: No need to be such an ass. Players tend to get shot on fps games, like everyone else (unless you're sniping from VERY far, which I believe is being a coward)
I believe too that Riotous Remedy is somewhat failing. It could stack, like when you take loads of those insta-health vials, or offer a bigger percentage of healing. EDIT: Hm, it might be useful with those health-boosting shield... |

i think it would be most helpful if you had a + health regen with a mod as well as a + health regen with shield. that means while hunting or something you'll be regening health like crazy if need be. lets not forget here TheMaster, in order for this to work you need to be low on health already....meaning you're close to dying because you'll also have no shields.
so the only time i really see this coming in handy is when you get the kill for your second wind, you get more of a health boost
