Region Free

Is borderlands supposed to be region free? because i bought it from a shop and its NTSC i realized when i got home i throw it into my xbox and it works fine! i am Australian by the way so all my other games are PAL but this NTSC works perfectly fine? so is borderlands region free? this thread was made so people will know it should work on your xbox even if its PAL or NTSC.

A game cannot be region free, the system has to be. Either you are mistaken and your copy is indeed PAL, or you are mistaken and your system and all your other games are NTSC

it clearly says NTSC on the disc and cover where as all my other games say PAL i don't know? it works fine for me and all my PAL games work fine.
