Exclamation BoarderLand Raids

Hello, who ever is reading this just a Fyi befor u finish reading this whole post this is wat i think that could make boarderlands be come 10000x more popular and bring it more fans....

Ok as the title says i think boarder lands should have raids.
Raid meaning: a group of people comeing to gether to take down a common target and progressing together.
I think they should make raids rangeing from 5-20 people raids and dungeons where people who have finished the story mode at least once or at least have reached lvl 20 can unlock a tab in the main meanu where its like
"Single player
Splitscreen
Xboxlive
Xbox live raids"
*may be arranged to how ever needed just a example*
Then they would be able to befor going in to a looking for group/raid lobby pick the raid they want to do or can do according to there lvl and then hit ok and go in to a lobby where a server would look for other players looking to go the same...Now to do this i belive boarderlands makers would have to set up a way for the server to be able to make it find at least 1 or 2 people who r the healing class for raids and a tank class.
The Looking for group lobby would not be limited to only finding random players but could also have a invite as party thing where if u have a group of friends that would like to do a raid and r in a xbox live party and all playing boarderlands and are the lvl required that they can join as a group and all do the raid together. but also this does not limit it to only signing up as a party or finding random people but also combining the two say a ten man raid and u only have 5 buddys well they 5 would join a raid lobby and look for 5 more addition players...

Raid types: these r a list of types of raids or things that i think would be cool
1)A collosium raid
Explained: a raid were 10-20 players go in and go through rounds
round 1: like 30 skags and a mini boss
round 2: 30 bandits and a mini boss
round 3: 30 bandits and skags and a mini boss
round 4: 30 skags 30 bandits and like 5-10 harder mobs and a mini boss
round 5: Final boss
Bandit types: anykind but mainly the BA ones or ones that are really hard to kill
Skags: elemental skags and regular ones that are really hard to kill
Miniboss: does not mean small tiny guys mini meaning hard and big but not stronger or as strong as teh final boss
*again just a example does not have to be liek this*
2) like a dungen raid were like 10-20 people fight there way through this cave and at the end fight a gient boss and possibly some mini ones on the way
3)a in and out where u all start off in a room with the final boss stareing at you and u go in kill the final boss and raid over possibly a option for like the first easy raids

---Loot-----------------------------------------------
a way to deal with loot in this game could be for example every time you down a boss he drops random stuff out of him and its a free for all
possible problem being:ninja looters(people who take it all and leave and no one gets anything orrrrr another way is every time you down a boss every one auto gets a coin or like a emblem thing that when they get liek say 10 or 20 of them they can turn it in for like a awesome gun or something. and the boss still droping stuff and people free for alling the gear unless you make some sorta loot system.
but the dropping of wepons liek in the orginal game chest and monster drops stuff liek that still aplly in raids.
like i said be for the emblems.. a question people may have
Does a mini boss drop the same amount of emblems a end boss does?
i would say no liek make a mini boss drop 1 and a end boss drop more then 1 so people arnt just farming the easy bosses cause the last boss only drops 1 liek the easy ones. soo final bosses should drop more soo people will want to kill him/her/it

---------benifits-----------------
teh benifits i see with makeing raids in boarder lands is possbly the increase in teh amoutn of people playing it cause of the new and unique player interaction on a game..cause most xbox live games that u have massive teams is u just kil each other but when u intoduce raids it will be new and i think more exciteing and will bring in the crowd of gamers who rater work to gether rather then kill each other...also u will be able to make expantion like DLC on xbox live or PS3 and make it cost microsoft points or make game add on they buy from the store they have to buy bring home and DL. also with this new raid thing i am talking about you will be the first game to ever bring in something like this to a game councel cause i dont know of any game that has stuff like this that i can play thats on teh xbox360 or Ps3

but these r my ideas i hope u consider them
thank you

I can see that you're eager to share your idea, but you need to slow down and become more aware of what you're doing. For one, you posted this thread in a section that's clearly marked to be for news only. Press releases, upcoming events, that sort of thing. This idea belongs in another section. Second, you failed to search for similar threads. There is already an existing one that serves as a single point to share suggestions for the game. It's a sticky in the general section. Check it out here: http://gbxforums.gearboxsoftware.com/showthread.php?t=79663. Thirdly, your post is rife with petty spelling and grammatical errors. If you have a long/important post like that, it's generally a good idea to type it up in Microsoft Word first, then copy it over to here. You want us to be able to understand what you're saying, right? Granted, it's not horrible - we've had members whose posts are completely illegible - but there's a lot of room for improvement. However, "boarder lands" as opposed to "Borderlands" is a pretty big oversight.

If/when you decide to post a copy of this in the proper place, you'll get more discussion on your idea: criticisms, improvements, etc. As a final note, welcome to the community. I hope you contribute and enjoy your time here.

Please don't post non-news related items in this forum section. Use the "Borderlands General Discussion" section instead.
