Installation Issue

I'm attempting to install the game on my laptop and it is getting stuck as the installation part : Copying Files...W_Startup_INT.upk. I've looked around and can't find a solution. Please help.
eMachines x64
Dual core T4400
3 Gigs of ram.

What type of windows do you use ?

I assume you are installing from DVD? You could try to copy the files from the DVD to a temporary folder on your laptop, then run the install from there. Once the game is installed and working, delete the temporary folder and all its files.
