I don't seem to have a problem with the skills. I'm not looking at them as a way to keep me going in the middle of a fire fight, but more of a way to keep me topped off with out having to swap my high cap shield for a health regen one. To that effect, the skills works well.

If your shields are down, its probably a good time to take cover and regen. Your health is just a buffer. If I'm really in a pinch, I toss transfusion grenades, as they don't require a kill or BW to be off cooldown to work.

Just my 2 cents.

I usually put some points in both. Got my bases covered.

Far too many players seem to think if you don't have 5 points in a skill, it's not worth looking at.

lol then whats the point of snipers in any fps?

that being said i dont feel like the snipers in this game are accurate enough to snipe from very far anyways, and the bullet "travel time" makes close range sniping a little awkward too... oh well

i agree. i'm at L50 post playthru 2, and I need everything I can to keep my health up. my scavenge mod has out for blood bonus, so i put 1 pt in out for blood just to activate it. i put 5 pts in riotous remedy, and i run over vials when i can during fights. it can still get pretty hairy during big fights.

Felx, dont say "toon" unless your talking about ToonTown. These are big kid games.
Zulu, Your elitist comment isnt fooling any one. We all know you get pwned just like every one else.

There we go, 1 friend and 2 enemys.
Toon is a VERY common word referencing a player character in an RPG. Dazed enemies miss, and therefore, I get hit very little while running, jumping, and moving in and out of cover. If you are dying often enough to require these talents to stay alive, you are doing something wrong.

These don't need to be rebalanced. There is nothing in the game you can't do without them at all.

Zulu: I was unaware that by taking damage I was playing the game incorrectly, excuse me while I go hang my head in shame. On a more serious note, Repeater pistols dont stun anything except the ants. Maybe you ought to try something other than the amazing Bloodwing.
XelNigma: Toon is fine imo
By taking enough damage that you would die, you are doing something wrong. By taking those talents, you are effectively taking MORE damage because enemies are alive longer, because you are doing less DPS than if you took DPS talents.

This is a REALLY easy game to go through and never die, so taking those talents is a real waste.
