1) More Custimization - Such as character custimization that allows you to really have the ability to create your own character. This is seen in many games. Custimization is key. I'm suggesting something along the lines of the way APB( All Points Bulletin ) seen here : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2jOY2t2aHB0
2) Armor - Now I know in the game there are shields used, but I think that armor would add a whole new aspect on the game. Seen in Mass Effect & Mass Effect 2, armor can add on to the look of each players character, improving the custimization that much more. Not only would the armor be put in the game as a way to dress up your character a bit more, it should have attributes that could possible replace the use of shields. The armor should have stats just as the shield did; such as elemental resistance, elemental damage, health boost, health regen, ect. If this was added it would allow a player to mix and match individual pieces of armor to give them mutiple benifits that suit them. I think the armor should not get to out of hand though, just stick to a helmet, chest, legs, hands, boots, and shoulder. 3) Bigger Campaign - This really shouldn't need much explaining, I mean come on this campaign was pretty short compared to other games of its kind. I just think possibly adding more worlds to travel to, such as in Mass Effect, or adding tons of small dungeons all over the game, like in World of Warcraft or Fable. 4) Better Multiplayer - I think the 4 player co-op suited the game, but I personally got tired of just playing with only 3 other people. I would like to see something along the lines of a small MMO. Allowing players to roam around the game world and play in real time with other players. Also the party system should be kept, but allow you play with other players even with out partying up. Doing this will allow players to create a team or clan almost. One example of this that was very seccesful was seen in Phantasy Star Universe. It also allowed you to add players to a contact list in-game, allowing you to see where they are, what mission they are doing, what level they are, ect. |

The enemies in this game can barely handle 4 player teams, rather they upped the difficulty of enemy encounters before deciding to add more players to the teams. I agree with the underwhelming player matching feeling though.
Speaking from PS3 perspective them doing something as simply as letting the Players Met feature work with this game would make a world of difference. |

On the armor situation. It was previously contemplated, but gbx decided against is, as they felt itnwould revolve around aestetics, and when you can't even see your character, aestetics are rather unnecessary.

I agree with everything here, except all of it, except Bigger Campaign. Because you can't go wrong with more story to egg you on and keep you immersed.
1 & 2) I don't want more customization, because this game is about one thing, and one thing alone. It's action. Action brought to you in the form of guns, splitting skulls, and blowing midgets in to giblets. (I like that line! Midgets into Giblets!) More customization brings with it more sorting through more crap in your inventory, trying to find stuff that looks cool and has good stats, when you could be... well... blowing midgets into giblets. The fact of the matter is that the more customization you add, the more time you spend NOT killing things, which in my opinion takes away from the heart and soul of the game. Guns. Lots of guns. (Thanks, Neo) 4) Better Multiplayer. It's GREAT! What are you talking about!? Alright, I won't be so mean, each to their own. Think about it though. Do we really want a room of 8-12 people, yelling and screaming, with little kids running about saying bad things because they can, since their parents have given up on them? NO! 4 people are easy to manage, easy to have fun with, easy to communicate with, and once again, keeps your attention on the ACTION, a la midget giblets. (No, it doesn't get old)
