This doesn't really deal with Brothers in Arms, but World War II. I look at the Nazi's uniform, and it has a small iron cross on their chest...to me, it looks just like the "Independent" symbol. Does anyone else see the resembalance, or is it just me.
Here's an example: http://www.hitler.org/images/uniform.jpg Hitler outfit http://www.brandtnshelly.net/newsite...ndependent.jpg independent symbol |

You guys are not very well eduacted about the rest of the world are you. The Maltease Cross is a symbol of Germany not NAZI's. It's like the Maple Leaf is for Canada or the Eagle for the USA. All modern german leopards have this symbol on them. It's a Germanic symbol and has been part of German culture since christianity came to the region when it was ruled by rome centuries ago.

They weren't a government, they were a party. The National Socialists.
But I digress. Whoever said it was Germany's symbol is correct. It is mainly recognized for Nazi association because it was (I believe) given to high-ranking Nazi officers. |
