I'm new. Hi. I see iLXeNk is a fan of pirates.
Is this finally someone who agrees that pirates will always beat ninjas? (I know that's old but I think it's a valid topic, seeing as I am introducing myself and my likes and dislikes.)

I guess I'll introduce myself as well. I go by Ravanux everywhere. Doesn't mean anything and is pronounced Rav(short 'a')-uh-nux...not Raven-ux...not Raving Ox...you get it. I get called Rav and Raven a lot and have no issues with either. I've been lurking for a loooooong time and just recently decided to create an account.

I'd like to extend a kudos to the old school members here for being so helpful. Rarely do I find a forum where the old guard are so welcoming of newbies.

Well hello there, people. I'm Bernhardt.

I'm a university student in my mid 20's. I study philosophy of religion and social psychology. I just returned from the army a month ago. I picked up martial arts at the age of 8. I also love football.

I can hardly wait for Borderlands to be released. It's such an interesting concept to combine this post-apocalyptic environment of Fallout, multiplayer mechanics of Diablo and action packed shooter experience that is Halo. I hope everything goes well and we'll have a finished product in our hands in a couple of months.

I'm Fred, thus my forum name, xbox live, and psn names are RotorheadFred.

Rotor part comes from my love of Mazda RX-7's, particularly the 81-85. My mother had one and I remember a lot of times in it as a kid. Can't wait for Borderlands, been looking forward to it since it first was mentioned in G.I. years ago.

WHAT THE HECK IS UP WITH ALL THE PA PEOPLE HERE?

I'm not new, just contributing. I'm Clint, I go by KahLriK (pronounced CAL-rick) online, I'm 17, I snowboard, hunt, write, sing, have a 4.5 GPA (legit, I love weighted classes), and I'm a semi-pro COD4 player (but that's quickly fading since my playtime on that game has taken a MAJOR dive). I mostly play shooters and RPGs, I've played a lot of stuff most of my generation hasn't even heard of (Neverwinter Nights, anyone?). I tend to be quite sarcastic at times, short tempered at moments, and every once in a while I do nothing but joke around. I watch a sh*tload of movies, can't get enough of em. I'll be playing on the 360. I won't be messing around much when Borderlands first comes out, I want to be a front runner, it's more fun that way
