Default New DLC on Nov. 24th Thread

The last thread was a real abortion, so let's try this again. This is not the place to have console wars, and if you post anything that could remotely be construed as one in this thread I'll issue you a temp ban. Please talk about the DLC, what you think might be in it, what you hope might be in it. Refrain from platform discussion entirely.

Oh, and by the way, if you can't be civil at the very least, then don't bother posting. Yeah, this is the internet, but that doesn't give you license to be a complete jerk here. Talk to other humans like humans, and don't be a condescending ass.

How many quests in this sidestory? What new gun mods or companies can we expect? Any PvP updates or changes? Any tweaks to the current skill trees or skills in general? More challenges? New 'rarity' level of root? What level is this DLC content geared towards? Is the focus on those who hit 50 or is content auto-adjusted based on your current level? Is it accessible in both P1 and P2/P2+? Throw me a bone Gearbox.

Personally, I'm hoping for
-additional skill branches
-new action skill for each class (only 1 action skill allowed to be activated)
-new gun manufacturer
-better boss loot
-boss respawns
-more achievements
-more challenges
-no additional skill points

I'm on the fence on if I'd want an increased level cap or not. I think I'd only like to see the level cap raised if more skills were added so players still had some level of uniqueness. If the cap went up to 60 but no new skills and everyone became pretty much the same - that'd be a bit disappointing.

Would also be nice to see some 'end-game' style dungeons/maps that are targeted towards players that are at the level cap and meant to still be challenging.

More bosses / mini-bosses with randomized loot tables and maybe a few that can only be beat when in co-op mode (or at least really difficult for a solo-player)

Sorry Ennui, anyway here's my thoughts copyed from the other thread on DLC

Im not too happy with paying 10$ but if i get more then a 3 hour short campaign
meaning new charecters, vehicles, area's, enemies, zombie horde arena,
Just stuff like that, no i can come up with even better,

I would LOVE all of the dlc's to coincide with whats already in the game
Meaning after you shell out 50$ for 5 or 6 dlc packs that each has 30 to 80 missions
they would all be added to the 130 normal ones, meaning you could start a level 1 charecter out the starting gates and play through all the content at once

I Know thats likely a dream that won't come true but gearbox please hear me out Borderlands is A FPS RPG.. most Rpg's add to whats already there
not seperating them into seperate games. I think if I had the option to fight skagzilla, while zombies crawled up out of the ground around him, that Sh** would be EPIC!

ALL enemies (even quest related ones) respawn after so long, & it scales to closely match your current level. (Pt 3 would also affect Every DLC)~

But $10 for 2-3 hours is pretty typical as you would pay $50-60 for a full 9-15 hour game...

I'm Curious as to:

Is this geared towards Pre-end game, Post-end game? (Alongside that Level 50 monsters or balanced?)
New Challenges?
New Manufacturer?

What IM NOT hoping for:

Rasied Level Cap (ew)

Level designer and scripting utility.

This game is about co-op PvE. It NEEDS dedicated fans to make new PvE content. Anybody that ever used the world building utilities for TES or HL will be up for it, including me.

I'll make new quests that'll rock your socks and have decent loot tables. Also, They'll be intended for post FIRST playthrough, so people can take a break and get some decent weapons and play some different content before starting the second playthrough and doing it all again.
